Subclass 155/157 visa is to allow certain applicants to travel internationally and return to Australia as permanent residents.
Eligibility
To be eligible for this visa, you must meet the following requirements:
- be an Australian permanent resident or be a former Australian permanent resident whose last permanent visa was not cancelled or be a former Australian citizen who lost or renounced citizenship
- meet residence requirement
- meet Public Interest Criteria
- meet Special Return Criteria.
